How you can become a member...
Step 1: |
Attend two membership meetings which are normally scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of every month, 6:00 PM at the Madison, AL, City Hall. Contact the webmaster to be placed on our mailing list or to confirm Time & Location. |
Step 2: |
Print and fill out this On-Line Membership Application, and bring it with you accompanied by the correct dollar amount for the type membership to your 2nd meeting. |
Step 3: |
Have an active member and ATTOTCAI Officer sponsor you by signing the application. (No problem, most any of our members & officers will be glad to sponsor you). |
Step 4: |
Be accepted by a simple majority of board members present at the ATTOTCAI meeting. |
