Here we have the official TShirt of the 32nd Annual Trail of Tears Commemorative Motorcycle Ride. The donations received for these TShirts provides the funding to put the ride on every year as well as fund many projects and efforts the organization sponsoring the ride is involved with year after year. Your participation in this event serves to remind all of us of this tragic time in America's history. Thank you for your help in this most important endeavor. The donation for the shirts reflects our cost. For the shirts from small to xtra-large we are asking for a $30 donation. If you need a larger shirt, go back one page and click on the listing for the 2X - 3X Official Ride Shirts. Thank you for your support.
Each year the official TShirt bears the graphic produced by our in-house artist, Arissa Wheeler, to commemorate that year. For the 32nd Annual Ride we have an image produce by Arissa that carries her description,
The 2025 T-Shirt Design:
Every year, five eagle feathers are included to honor the five nations:Cherokee, Creek, Chickasaw, Choctaw, and Seminole.
The scene is that of the road and route that the Trail of Tears CommemorativeMotorcycle ride follows. The ever-moving landscape that the riders drivethrough each year is symbolized by the sky, grass field, and oak tree, representing the passing of time and our connection to the natural world.
The motorcycle riders in the design ride from east to west, following thecommemorative route from Bridgeport to Waterloo, AL. All day, they ride, andonce they reach Waterloo, they join in the ceremonial Pow Wow song and dance torest and remember those they honor.
The spirit rider on the horse symbolizes the past leaders, warriors, men, women, and children forcibly removed from their homes in 1838. If you have beenon the ride, you may have felt a profound honor to carry the memory of the pastwith you in the present moment. This spirit rider also represents this feeling, both beautiful and free but mournful for what was lost.
As we ride, we commemorate and carry the memory of those from the past. Many ofus who ride have direct ancestors for whom we ride, and their memory lives onwith us, as well as those who re-tell and listen to the stories shared from thepast.
Thank you to everyone who remembers and continues to pass along these stories.
